A couple months ago I started re-evaluating my whole business process. I was getting tired of using third party offerings to piece together the experience of delivering client photos, tracking payments etc, so I started shopping for a full package CRM. Cloudspot was my second CRM offering I came across, and after kicking the tires on it, I knew I had found what I wanted and didn't bother to look any further, I was that convinced. I have now had a chance to use it in a "live environment" with clients and it has been awesome!! The whole idea of having Projects you can set up for each client has been a massive time shifter for me. Hands down the best tool for photographers to connect, communicate, deliver, and serve clients professionally. Point, blank, period.
